One of the best seller in Jollibee (Philippines) is their Burger Steak not only because of its price but also delicious. Some of us can order one piece of Burger Steak which can save us a lot specially the students who need to save allowance for their projects and other important things to prioritise.

So here is the copycat of Burger Steak. Below are the ingredients and procedure on how to make your own Burger Steak. You can also watch it on how I prepare my own Jollibee Burger Steak.
Ingredients:
- For Burger Patty (you'll need the following)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp onion
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
and used oil from the burger patty
For Gravy:
- 1/2 cup mushroom (sliced thinly)
- 1 knorr beef cube
- salt & pepper (depending on your taste)
For frying:
- cooking oil
Here's how (Frying Burger Patty):
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, onion, salt, pepper, flour
- Mix them well.
- After mixing everything, make a flat round shape of your mixture (#1)
- Heat pan and add oil into the pan
- Fry your burger patty until it is cooked.
Do not overcook it and set aside.
Here's how (for cooking gravy):
- Lessen your oil and sauté sliced mushroom (cook it a little, do not overcook mushroom)
- Add Flour and cook until flour becomes light brown
- Add 2 cups of water and stir continuously using wire whisk
- Add Knorr cube, salt and pepper, stir again until it thickens
- You're done.
To have a better taste of your gravy, you have to taste it according to your taste, you may add salt to adjust the taste.
