How to make Pancake

Pancake is one of the easiest cake to make because it doesn’t need an oven to cook it, just fry it with a non-stick pan and you’re good to go. Pancake can also be served with fruit toppings or whatever you want for your toppings.

According to the Wikipedia.org, this is considered to be a breakfast food in America and it seems that Filipinos considered this as breakfast as well.


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar. 
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add melted butter, milk and vanilla.
  4. Mix again.
  5. Combine all the ingredients and mix them well or until everything is dissolved but do not over mix it.
  6. Heat the pan in a medium fire.
  7. Pour batter and wait for it to cook. Cook pancake until it bubbles and flip it.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Best serve with honey syrup, chocolate syrup or sugar syrup.
