Sweet Corn with cheese powder and butter/margarine is made up of boiled and peeled corn, then added some flavors like sugar, cheese and butter. This is usually sold in front of schools and offices, not just because it’s delicious but also affordable. It cost around P5.00 + if I am not mistaken depending on the size of plastic cup.

This is one of my childhood favorites and I can never forget the memories eating this with my fellow classmates. We enjoyed eating this at our break time and then we matched it with Fishball and Kikiam.
You may try this recipe because it is very easy to make. Here is how to make this.

Ingredients:
- Kernel Corn/Cooked and Peeled Corn or you can use Raw Corn
- 1 cup water (for boiling the corn)
- 1 tsp Cheese Powder
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp butter/margarine
* If you are using Raw Corn. Boil it first with 1 tsp of salt in water until it is cooked then peel corn. Use the hot corn boiled water to melt butter/margarine.
How to make Sweet Corn with Cheese Powder and Margarine:
Step 1: If in case you bought a canned Corn Kernel, we will just boil it for a minute, but if you bought Raw corn, you just have to cook it and peeled it.

Step 2: Separate the boiled born water and cooked corn.

Step 3: In a plastic cup or cup, put 1-2 tbsp of corn, add cheese powder, sugar, margarine on top of the corn.
Step 4: Then lastly add boiled corn water to melt the margarine.
Step 5: Mix and done!
