Here is how to cook it:
- 2 cups ripe tomato (slice into two parts)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cups eggplant (slice thinly)
- 1 whole chopped onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ground pepper
- brown sugar
- 1/2 cup boiled pork (slice into square)
- 1 cup pork stock
- 1/2 cup shrimp paste
- Heat the pan then pour cooking oil
- saute garlic, tomato (make sure to cook the tomato well - see the video), and onion
- Add boiled pork and pork stock
- Simmer and cover
- Add ground pepper, shrimp paste, eggplant, and add pork stock if necessary
- Then add brown sugar to minimize the salty taste of shrimp paste
- Lastly add red chili or green
- Done!
