Pork Binagoongan (Binagoongang Baboy)
Today I cook Pork Binagoongan, this dish has a shrimp paste. This food is very simple and easy to cook. This is one of the simplest and yet delicious to cook and I’m glad to prepare it for my family. My family loves it.

Here is how to cook it:
  • 2 cups ripe tomato (slice into two parts)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cups eggplant (slice thinly)
  • 1 whole chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ground pepper
  • brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiled pork (slice into square)
  • 1 cup pork stock
  • 1/2 cup shrimp paste
How to cook:
  1. Heat the pan then pour cooking oil
  2. saute garlic, tomato (make sure to cook the tomato well - see the video), and onion
  3. Add boiled pork and pork stock
  4. Simmer and cover
  5. Add ground pepper, shrimp paste, eggplant, and add pork stock if necessary
  6. Then add brown sugar to minimize the salty taste of shrimp paste
  7. Lastly add red chili or green
  8. Done!
