I just changed the title to be specific about the dish I am making. I hope you try this recipe at home.
Ingredients:
- 3 bundles of Baguio beans
- 2 tbsp oil
- 380 g ground beef
- 1 pouch del monte tomato paste
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 tbsp crush garlic
- 2 cups whole kernel corn
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Blanch Baguio beans for 2 minutes in boiling water.
- Drain and set aside.
- Saute garlic and ground beef.
- Cook ground beef until oil comes out.
- When cooked, remove the excess oil and add tomato paste.
- Mix altogether and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except Baguio beans.
- Bring to boil then simmer for 20 minutes or until corn is tender.
- Combine Baguio beans and the rest of cooked ingredients.
- Done. Serve it while hot.
