Anne Foodie's homemade Pinoy Cheese Stick using Cheese Powder
Some of the viewers from this video were asking about this recipe and really sorry for the late posting of the recipe but here it is. Just continue reading or skip this and go on to middle of this post.
I am very happy that my best friend told me her secret on making this to me. I thought at first, this was cooked with cheese bar, I just have to slice the cheese then fill it in lumpia wrapper, but that's not the way to do it.
This recipe was my best friend's the original creator of the recipe and I want to share it with you as well so, everyone can make this a business in the future. Let say you missed this street food and there's no way to eat this outside the Philippines. You can now make it at home for your family.
Thanks Maulyn for giving me permission. ❤️❤️❤️
Cheese Stick is one of the known street food in the Philippines. It is similar to banana roll but this one is filled with cheese powder. It can also be a good business no matter how small the profit is, because students, office workers and anyone like it as a part of their snack a lot along with fish balls and kikiam.
In this recipe, you can make more than 300-400 pieces (per Lumpia wrapper), it depends on how much you spread a cheese powder filling into your lumpia so, to be safe just get 1 tsp or lesser than that then you're good to go.
