Ginataang Lapu-lapu with Water Spinach |

Ingredients:
- 2 medium Lapu-lapu fish (whole)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk/ or coconut milk powder (knorr)
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced thinly)
- 1 ginger (cut into strips)
- 2 finger chili
- 2 chili peppers/bird’s eye chili (optional)
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups spinach
Here is how to cook Ginataang Lapu-lapu with coconut cream:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pot.
- Saute the garlic and ginger until brown
- Then add water spinach
- Add Coconut cream and simmer
- Add onion & finger chili
- Add the Lapu lapu fish then cook
- Season it with fish sauce & ground pepper
