Cheese Stick will never be complete without its sauce, the sauce adds flavor and savory to Cheese Sticks. Cheese Stick is a Filipino version of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks I saw from other countries where mozzarella cheese is covered with Bread crumbs and others are wrapped with lumpia wrapper then filled with sliced cheese bar. Our version is filled with Cheese powder, margarine, flour, water and rolled with Filipino Egg Roll popularly known as Lumpia wrapper.

In this recipe, no exact measurement is needed and it is up to you what taste you want. So basically, the taste depends on you. Usually for some people that don’t want to waste ingredients, I just give a measurement of 1:1 ratio of ketchup and mayonnaise.
In case you aren’t sure about the measurement. To be safe, try this measurement then add either Ketchup or Mayonnaise if you think it is not yet tasty for you until you’re satisfied with the outcome.
Ingredients:
Ketchup
Mayonnaise - plain, no flavor or anything (I prefer Lady’s Choice and Mayo)
